Alan and his team did an excellent job, our new patio looks great! Highly recommended.
Superb job! Alan and the team were highly professional throughout: safe work on site, executed to a very high standard, with the use of top-quality materials, and zero mess left behind. We had 'inherited' an overgrown mess of a garden, multiple live cables criss-crossing the site, a hodge-podge of the previous owner's bodge-it-yourself wiring and joinery, rotting timber sleepers, buried manholes, ivy and roots everywhere - just a few of the surprises we uncovered - the list could go on!
Alan and the team were always able to advise on design changes and offered sensible solutions along the way (all within the original Absolute Landscaping quoted price for the works) . When we added about 36 m of extra fencing to the job - through an ivy-entangled 'jungle' too - he had the team turn out on two successive Saturdays to accommodate the extra work within the original timescale. Claire was able to provide a quote for our additional request for work within hours: very efficient head-office service indeed!
We are so happy with the job, we're having Alan and the team back in November for Phase-II.
Thank you guys so very much! Now, off fossil-hunting in our new sandstone paving, before planting the winter veg. in the new raised beds, or shall we layout the pots in our new slate rockery?
Alan and his 2 lads have just completed the landscaping of my large front garden. We are delighted with the job and the standard of work is topnotch. He and his team are very hardworking, no stop starts and you get 100% of their time and attention from start to finish. So many contractors let themselves down at the end of a job by rushing away to the next one and leaving you deal with the clear-up. This is not the case with Alan, they only leave when everything is pristine, they even power cleaned the road. I've immediately requested quotes for further works to my back garden. The only problem is that they do such a good job they are in high demand but its worth the wait! I cannot tecommend highly enough.
I owe a huge thank you to Alan and the 2 lads he had working for him. From start to finish, their work ethic, plus ability to complete the work to a very high standard, was superb. They had really hot weather to cope with as well as the usual difficulties of dealing with a new build site, neither of which were easy. Alan certainly knows what he’s doing, full of suggestions and very patient with indecisive clients! Despite the fact that the plans were altered here and there, the quote he gave was rigidly stuck to.
I’m incredibly pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending his work to anyone keen to have an excellent job done for a very fair price. Now, all I have to do is get the planting done!
We had Alan and his team redesign our front garden. From initially contacting him until the end of the project, he was very professional, so knowledgeable and very hardworking. We discussed designs and he had lots of suggestions and advice. They worked really hard, always arriving promptly in the morning and everything was tidy when they left at the end of each day. Alan transformed our garden with patio areas, pathways, lawns and a flower border. We are really pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Landscaping, they were all exceptional.
Alan and his excellent team undertook a mammoth project in May. They completely transformed a tiered garden which had been neglected for years. It has now been transformed into an amazing space for entertaining and relaxing. I couldn't be happier and can't recommend Absolute Landscaping highly enough! Alan's communication was excellent and he should be incredibly proud of the team of lads he employs. They were all incredibly hard working, polite and friendly. The on site meet prior to deciding what to do was insightful as Alan spotted things which needed to be done and came up with ideas that no one else did. The price was highly competitive and additional finishing touches were possible during the renovation. The project took the best part of three weeks and now I'm left with fantastic space. My only complaint is it has rained and been cold since they left so I need some sunshine to enjoy it! Great work and a huge thank you from me! All the best Rob
We couldn’t be happier with the transformation Alan and his team achieved. They completely levelled our sloping garden, installed new fencing, gates, drainage, paving and a sleeper border, and the finish throughout is excellent.
Alan kept us updated every step of the way, explained what was happening next, and gave us plenty of advice on caring for the new turf. Him and the lads were professional, hardworking, tidy, and genuinely great to have around.
The garden has exceeded our expectations and we’ve already had compliments from neighbours. Highly recommended.
Alan and his men did a brilliant job converting our old lawn to artificial grass. Nothing is a problem to him and everything he does is done professionally. This is the second time we have used Absolute Landscaping and we would definitely recommend them. No complaints at all, thanks Alan.
Alan had done a lot of work for us, and I have asked him back 3 times in total for some big jobs. Good comms, turns up when he says he will and he and his team work really hard to deliver quality work. His quote for the work is the price you pay.
Alan and his team did a fantastic job in turning a difficult steep sloped, overgrown site into a beautiful tiered garden. Hardworking, reliable and really easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alan.
Alan and his team did an amazing job landscaping our garden. From the initial enquiry, Alan was super responsive, and along with his team they were hardworking, friendly, efficient and with very high standards. They arrived early every morning and completed the job early - they barely even stopped for a tea break - we did offer!
Our garden has terrible access and the original lawn was absolutely full of rubbish, but nothing was too much trouble. Even when our project ended up being bigger than expected, we still got our dream garden at a really fair price.
We would have no concerns about recommending Alan and Absolute Landscaping.
Fantastic job done to our garden . Alan and his team completed the work to an excellent standard. Would highly recommend. Thank you Alan and the team

We highly recommend Absolute Landscaping. Alan and Grant provided an excellent service from start to finish. The quote was realistic and transparent, and they used high-quality materials throughout the job. Both Alan and Grant were honest, reliable, and incredibly hard-working. The finished result exceeded expectations, and the whole experience was stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Absolute Landscaping again. Thank you
Alan and his team did a fantastic job of my driveway. One word PERFECt. Thank you Alan and Grant.
Alan gave us a competitive quote and started the job within a few weeks. Arrived on time every day and did a really good job of paving an area of our garden. Very happy with it - can’t wait for summer to sit and enjoy it.
I approached Alan about renovating a front & rear garden which had been overgrown for a number of years. He visited punctually & although I roughly knew what I wanted he was a wealth of ideas & not pushy at all.
We agreed on a fair price & a time slot to carry out the three-week job. Without any reminders he arrived early morning on the day promised & promptly started work. Alan & his two lads were genuine hard-working people & extremely courteous, which means a lot.
To this point, a number of the neighbours also understood how hard they were working & commented to me that it was nice to see, they too were impressed (even to the point Alan has another lead as a result). Nothing was an issue even when my wife was asking for amendments along the way & Alan seemed to be chasing a "moving target". Daily they cleaned up after themselves & always left the place in good condition. The upshot is that the end job is wonderful & probably better than our expectations. We are really pleased that we chose the Absolute team, all round from start to finish exemplary. The correct decision.
This is my husband's review!
I'm adding mine! I know I'm a nightmare and think of things as I go! Alan has been amazing coming up with solutions even though it would probably put him behind schedule nothing was a problem. Our daughter is now thinking of renovating hers because ours is wonderful.
Alan and his team did a fantastic job, nothing was a problem and he was a very clean and tidy worker with lots of good advice. We would highly recommend them.
Alan and team just completed my garden and its absolutely amazing. Porcelain patio and new turf - the finish is amazing and its taken an unusable, untidy garden to an absolute garden of dreams!! Very accommodating to all of my requests, coming up with good design ideas and advice etc. Would highly recommend!!!! 5* Service
